WRITERS: FIND YOUR VOICE IN A NOISY WORLD
Tracy L. Higley, author of nine novels,
will present keynote speech at Write it Right writers’ conference
With the publishing industry in upheaval, writers are paying close attention to buzz words such as “discoverability” and “platform.” Where’s a writer to start? Ideas for getting noticed are endless, from posting to tweeting to blogging and more, and all this chatter can easily drain away our writing time.
Tracy L. Higley will share with attendees at the fourth annual Write it Right writers' conference how to find their truest voice in this noisy world. Higley will help discuss understanding who we are as writers and making a plan that flows from and supports your authentic voice.
Higley started her first novel at the age of eight and has been hooked on writing ever since. She has authored nine novels, including Garden of Madness and Isle of Shadows. She currently pursues a graduate degree in ancient history. She has traveled through Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Israel, Jordan and Italy researching her novels and falling into adventures. See her travel journals and more at www.tracyhigley.com.
